WEST 12TH MAISONETTE

SINCE ITS INCEPTION NORTH AMERICAN FURNITURE CO HAS WORKED CLOSELY WITH BECKY SHEA DESIGN, DEVELOPING A RELATIONSHIP BASED ON SHARED VISIONS AND MUTUAL TRUST. WITH THE AMBITIOUS 12TH STREET MAISONETTE PROJECT, BECKY TASKED US WITH THE FABRICATION OF EIGHT CUSTOM FURNITURE PIECES RANGING FROM A TEN FOOT ENTRY TABLE TO A PAIR OF NIGHTSTANDS WITH INTEGRATED LIGHTING. BRONZE, MARBLE, WHITE OAK, AND POWDER COATED STEEL WERE CHOSEN.

GRAND ST. LOFT SOHO

THE CURATION AND BUILD OUT OF THIS INDUSTRIAL LOFT IN SOHO BY BECKY SHEA DESIGN INVOLVED FACILITATION BY NAFCO IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STEEL AND GLASS WALLS. ONE DIVIDED THE MASTER BEDROOM FROM THE MASTER BATH, WHILE THE OTHER ACTED AS THE MAIN WALL FOR THE GUEST BEDROOM. WE ENLISTED THE HELP OF GABRIELLE SHELTON AND HER BRILLIANT TEAM FROM SHELTON STUDIOS TO EXECUTE BOTH WALLS AND MAKE SURE THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT BECKY WANTED. NAFCO ALSO BUILT A BATHROOM MIRROR AND A WALL MOUNTED DESK WITH LEATHER STRAPS TO FOLD UP WHEN NOT IN USE. BOTH PIECES WERE MADE OF CHARRED OAK WITH AN EBONY TOP COAT TO ACHIEVE A SILKY BLACK FINISH.
